Role Overview
As a Project Manager at Chess Club Media, you’ll be responsible for overseeing AI-driven automation projects for our clients—ensuring smooth execution, seamless communication, and high-impact results. You’ll act as the bridge between our clients, internal teams, and AI solutions, keeping projects on track, managing deliverables, and continuously optimizing processes.
This role is perfect for someone who loves efficiency, organization, and innovation. You’ll play a key role in helping small businesses implement AI tools that save them time, money, and stress.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Management
Oversee and manage multiple AI automation projects from start to finish.
Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring deliverables stay on track.
Identify and solve roadblocks before they become bottlenecks.
Client Communication & Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and engaged.
Gather business needs and translate them into actionable AI automation strategies.
Manage expectations and provide strategic recommendations.
Process Optimization & AI Integration
Work closely with our AI engineers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure AI solutions align with client needs.
Optimize workflows for AI-powered call handling, lead qualification, and scheduling automations.
Continually improve project execution with automation, templates, and streamlined systems.
Collaboration & Reporting
Coordinate between internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
Monitor project KPIs and provide performance insights.
Offer innovative ideas to enhance AI-driven processes and client success.

Requirements
✔ 3+ years of experience in project management (preferably in tech, marketing, or automation services).
✔ Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and efficiency strategies.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
✔ Experience working with AI, automation, or digital marketing is a big plus (but not required).
✔ Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and client-facing.
✔ Comfort working remotely and managing projects in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
