01Who we are
Chess Club Media, LLC ("Chess Club Media," "we," "us") is a marketing company in Clermont, Florida, run by Mikel Jorgensen. This policy covers chessclubmedia.com and the ways you reach us through it: the booking form, phone, text and email.
Work we do for paying clients, including any data we handle on their behalf, is covered by the agreement we sign with each client.
02What we collect
What you give us
- The booking form: your name, business name, email, mobile number, type of business, monthly revenue range, and the time you pick.
- Calls, texts and email: your phone number or email address, and whatever you choose to tell us.
What's collected automatically
- Google Analytics and the Meta pixel use cookies and similar tools to record pages viewed, how you found the site, your device and browser, and your approximate location.
- Our web host keeps standard server and security logs, which include IP addresses.
We don't ask for card numbers, Social Security numbers or health information on this site. Please don't send them.
03How we use it
- To reply to you, and to schedule, prepare for and follow up on your strategy call. Preparing means reviewing your public business information, such as your Google profile, website, reviews and competitors.
- To keep a record of who we've talked to and what was discussed.
- To see how the site is used and make it better.
- To measure our ads and show ads to people who have visited the site.
- To protect the site and meet legal obligations.
We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one.
04Calls and the AI voice agent
At some times, often after hours, calls to (352) 325-2993 are answered by an AI voice agent instead of a person. When the agent answers, it tells you at the start of the call that you're speaking with an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. If you stay on the line, you agree to the recording.
The agent records, transcribes and summarizes the call so we can follow up. If you'd rather not be recorded, hang up and text or email us instead. Calls Mikel answers himself are not recorded.
05Texts
We don't use an automated texting system. If you text us, or give us your mobile number on the booking form, Mikel may text you back personally about your request or your call. Each message is written and sent by a person, one at a time, from our business line.
We don't send marketing texts, and we never share your mobile number with anyone for their own marketing. To stop, reply STOP or just tell us, and we will. Your carrier's message and data rates may apply.
08How long we keep it
We keep inquiries, booking details and call notes for as long as they're useful to our conversation and our records, then delete them. If you become a client, your records are kept as your client agreement and tax rules require. Analytics data is kept on Google's and Meta's standard schedules.
09Your choices
Email [email protected] to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop hearing from us. We'll reply within 30 days and may need to confirm it's you first. We may keep what the law requires us to keep, such as tax records.
These choices are open to everyone, wherever you live.
10Children, security and location
Children. This site is for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.
Security. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or service is completely secure.
Outside the U.S. We're based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed here.
11Changes and contact
When this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
